Lisa Rozanski is the Co-Founder and President of Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center.
With a background in social work and gerontology, she spent 25 years co-owning and operating Home Instead of Toledo, providing compassionate in-home care to seniors.

Lisa has also been deeply involved in community service, serving on local boards and leading charitable initiatives that support vulnerable populations. As a mother to a child with special needs, she brings a personal understanding of caregiving and advocacy. Her work is guided by empathy, empowerment, and a commitment to meaningful impact.
Scott Rozanski is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center. His background includes service in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist with Fighter Squadron VF-32 and training in the culinary arts. He later earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toledo and Master of Science from the University of Findlay.

In 2000, Scott founded Home Instead in Toledo, Ohio, which grew into one of the network’s most successful and profitable offices. With over 25 years of financial and operational leadership, he brings deep experience and a personal commitment to the mission of Good Days. Scott and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of Eli, who is on the autism spectrum, and their journey inspires the center’s dedication to compassionate, meaningful support for adolescents and their families.
