Lisa Rozanski brings over 25 years of experience as owner and operator of a successful Home Instead franchise, helping families navigate care with compassion and dignity.

With a degree in Social Services specializing in Gerontology, Lisa has combined professional expertise with a lifelong commitment to serving others. She has led numerous fundraising efforts and served on many community boards, always striving to make a positive impact.

Her greatest inspiration comes from being the mother of a son with special needs — a journey that sparked her mission to help families find understanding, resources, and support through the Good Days Foundation.

Scott Rozanski serves as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Good Days Adolescent Special Needs Center. His diverse background includes service in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist with Fighter Squadron VF-32 and formal training in the culinary arts. He later earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toledo and a Master of Science from the University of Findlay.

In 2000, Scott founded Home Instead in Toledo, Ohio, which became one of the network’s most successful and high-performing franchises. With more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership, he brings both expertise and heart to the mission of Good Days.

Scott and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of Eli, who is on the autism spectrum — the inspiration behind the center’s dedication to empowering adolescents and supporting their families with compassion and purpose.

Marissa, a South Florida native, attends Florida Atlantic University, pursuing a Psychology degree with a minor in Health Administration and a certification in Applied Mental Health. She is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working directly with children with developmental and special needs.

Marissa’s passion for advocacy grew through her volunteer work with inclusive programs like Night to Shine. She aspires to become a child psychologist, focusing on hospital-based care for children with chronic illnesses and developmental differences.

As Philanthropy Chair of Phi Mu Kappa Rho at FAU, she has led record-breaking fundraisers for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Her dedication to helping every child feel valued and included perfectly reflects the mission of the Good Days Foundation.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with an associate’s degree in Data Processing Technology, Gina dedicated her career from 1979 until 2016 to advancing Checker Notions Company, Inc (dba Checker Distributors) into a fully automated, state-of-the-art distribution warehouse. The foundation she established continues to support the company’s core team, now leading a third generation into global success.

Gina now brings this same passion, innovation, and commitment to excellence to her role as Secretary of the Good Days Foundation. She is deeply invested in supporting the foundation’s mission, ensuring that board operations are transparent, organized, and efficient, and that communication with volunteers and community partners remains open and effective.

Meeting the Rozanski family and calling them her own has profoundly influenced Gina’s perspective, opening her eyes to the significant gaps in educational opportunities for children on the autism spectrum. Inspired to make a difference, she is devoted to building a more inclusive and supportive environment for all children the foundation serves. Gina believes it’s the little rays of sunshine she can bring to others that make each day meaningful and rewarding.

Her experience in administration, nonprofit governance, and organizational transformation informs her dedicated service at the Good Days Foundation, where she works to drive meaningful change in the lives of those who need it most.
